Fifteen minutes prior to your appointment time, please enter the virtual clinic waiting room by signing into your MyIO portal. Please make sure that you have followed all of the instructions in the email sent to you at the time of booking. Rest assured your information is kept confidential as all Phoenix Mental Health and Wellness software is HIPPA compliant.

Troubleshooting Portal issues:
Resetting Password: There is a "Forgot Password" link on both the browser and mobile app login page. When clicked, you will be asked to enter your username and the portal email address associated with your account. The email you receive will provide a link to reset your password. If this fails, your practice will be able to manually reset your password.
App: Make sure your application is running the most recent version. Check the App Store and see if there is an update available. If issues persist, delete the app and re-install it on your device.
Browser: Clearing cookies and cash may help clear up any issues.
Contacting Practice: Contact the practice whenever any of the above troubleshooting steps fail.
Browsers: Google Chrome is best but Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox will also work.
