During our initial consultation at our Flagstaff office, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will perform a full evaluation of your needs and begin working with you to make a customized treatment plan, including medications if needed. Most medications can be prescribed at the time of your visit and prescriptions sent to your pharmacy. If medically appropriate, controlled substances can be prescribed, however due to federal law, no controlled substances can be prescribed until you have completed an in-person visit. Consultations last approximately 55 minutes.
During your follow up appointment at our Flagstaff office, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will evaluate your treatment plan to make sure you are progressing towards your goals. We will continue to customize your treatment plan as needed including medication management which may include dosing changes, or adding and subtracting medications as needed. Follow-up appointments will last approximately 25 minutes. You have the option of scheduling a follow-up appointment in-person or through our Virtual Clinic, wherein you can see the provider in the privacy of your own home or office, even while on vacation.

We are committed to our clients. Please understand that we schedule ample time above industry standards for each individual and will not double book appointments. This allows us to give you the best care possible but does not provide any allowances for missed appointments. Please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment and no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges for missed appointments.
All self-pay appointments must be have 50% paid for at time of booking and the remaining 50% paid at time of appointment. Members paying through their insurance must email a copy of the front and back of their insurance card to a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid appointment cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, due to our commitment to respecting the time of both our other patients and our providers, any appointment cancelled or not attended with less than a 24-hour notice is subject to a 50% cash fee ($100 for initial consultations and $62.50 for follow ups), which must be paid before scheduling a new booking.
